Field Support Team was founded in response to the needs of those victims of human trafficking, sexual, labour and other forms of exploitation, that wish to return to their home environment and reintegrate. This program, in a sense, also aimed to decentralize help and support programs which are mostly performed in Belgrade by relevant government agencies and civil society organizations, as they are implemented on the whole territory of the Republic of Serbia. Field Support Team also provides similar assistance as the previous two programs, except that, in this case, the emphasis shifted towards strengthening the capacity of local communities through connecting, networking state institutions and (local) civil society organizations.
