A lecture was held to students of Faculty of Medicine in cooperation with Student Union of Medics in which NGO Atina participated on the topic of “Health protection of the victims of human trafficking in Serbia”

The aim of the activity was to discuss prejudice of medical workers, and additionally educate students for the purpose of sensitizing future doctors. Special section was dedicated to identification of human trafficking victims, because health institutions represent primary institutions in identifications of this phenomenon. 

Constant education of future doctors is a key in developing strong system of right time identification victims of human trafficking in health institutions.
